Monkfish liver

The monkfish liver, sliced, simply used as input on hot toast, with a squeeze of lemon or not and a few grinds of pepper. In a fisherman salad, it will accompany hulls, norway lobster tails, shrimps and medallions of st-jacques shells.

Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume quickly.
