Ingredients: Saint-Jacques 55% (Zygochlamys Patagonica Argentina and / or Chlamys Opercularis Scotland, France and / or Argopecten Purpuratus Peru), cream 18%, butter, egg yolk, white wine (sulphites), thickeners: cellulose and xanthan gum, mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium metabisulfite), spices and herbs, sea salt.
May contain traces of crustaceans, fish.
